With our state-of-the-art measurement equipment, we can measure any beverage, food, and non-food ends/lids with a tolerance of 0.000098 inches (2.5 micrometers) and radii as small as 0.039 inches (1mm). This method enables us to determine the correct seaming chuck fit for the perfect seam.
FTE Inhouse Support:
In addition to our other services, we offer customers a highly precise method of measuring the can lid to ensure the best chuck fit. This is accomplished with our new CMM. A detailed report with drawings and pictures will be provided.
