1st Level Support
The first-level support is the initial contact point for all incoming support requests. Our employees in system operations are responsible for recording and processing these requests. Through teamwork and the use of knowledge databases, solutions can be quickly found for most problems.
2nd Level Support
Level 2 Support or Tier 2 Support (L2) is the escalation team in a customer service organization responsible for handling more complex and niche tickets. If a ticket is beyond the scope of Tier 1 and requires higher system access, it is transferred to Tier 2 for resolution.
On-Site Support
AIT offers on-site support for seam adjustment, troubleshooting, tooling setup and installation.
Seam teardown
AIT offers seam teardown services to identify potential issues with seams, the seaming process, setup, etc.
